The SSI header uses relative URLs to locate the stylesheet and graphic.

In this case it's just the file names since all the files are in the same folder.

But there is another page in a subfolder that also needs to use the same SSI header/footer.

The problem is that the relative URLs will no longer be accurate when the SSI header is pulled into the context of the subfolder.
